    Big hy for everyone!
Please look at my plan, maybe you found some major bug.

Now i have the compressor, the valves, cylinders, K8055, and thats all is working.

    Hi,

with 4 single way valves you have just one speed.
For 3 speeds with pulsmode you need 8 single way valves.

Btw, what type of valves are you using? They should be middle closed...

Try to mount a racing seat on the frame to see the proportions. You have to ensure that the system is balanced out well.
You should try to build the moving part of the frame as lightwheight as possible.

    regards
    Christian

Re: Look at my plan, maybe you found some major bug.

    Hi. Thank you for response!

    The modifyed plan:

    11271375571211704395.jpg
    11271375571211704405.jpg
    11271375571211704424.jpg

The kompressor pressure is 6 bar, with 26 litre air tank. 17l/min, maybe it's low but my financial things.... What i see in horrible price is a 22l/min , 6bar , 24l tank.

The valves block. I use only a 2 valves only (170l/min), it's middle close. The another 2 what you see its middle opened. Its the only valve blocks what i found in cheap price. 4 valves in new price (ca. 400 €), its about my month payment.

The cylinder is 50mm*400mm, it can lift my weight (120kg). I think its strong enough for just rotating. And the speed is about 200mm/sec, and the speed its not change under my weight loading.

The stand material is a welded iron. The green (before yellow) weight its about 25 kg + 25kg monitor + 15kg seat + 120kg Me. In the centre of gravity.

My question: what pitching angle its enough? 25° ?

Re: Look at my plan, maybe you found some major bug.

Afais its impossible to build up a working system with your valve configuration.

You need either 8 single way valves (like yours, but middle closed), or 4 valves 5/3 midlle closed.

When an intake valve, in a single way valve setup, opens, then there has to be an oposite exhaust valve, that opens as well. If not the air wont be able to leave the cylinder.

The 5/3 valves do have integrated exhausts, which are activated just in time an intake valve opens.

Sorry that I have to tell you this, but try to sell the midlle open ones, and try to hunt 6 more middle closed (no voltage->closed) valves

You could post a `want ad` into our market space...

    Regards
    Christian

Btw, there is a racing seat file in our CAD section, that should be importable to google sketch.

Sorry, it was a misunderstood. In the valve block have 2 piece 5/3 middle closed, and 2 piece 5/3 middle opened.
I use 2 of 5/3 middle closed. I now, this is a a single speed things. But it works for now.

A man visited me in february, let me help to finish his work, because that do not move, since November.
Few smart people came and go, but the construction did not move.
I tried to explain the program first (X-Sim), but I realised it, that much heavier than to do myself.
We find out that, he lives next door almost, this picture receiving me into the workshop:

    sz2.jpg

    sz4.jpg
    sz5.jpg

2 hours of settings, we managed to get onto a good result.
We made friends already now with Wanek.
The simulators brings the people together :D
He too shy to write here, i do it instead. :)

All of them what you see, that's him work, I helped tiny one in the last moment only :)
