I wanted to share my finding with you guys here because I was so blown away by the possibilites of it.

While looking for pulley wheels an Amazon and Ali and finding that I would spend 20+ € on one wheel and wait weeks for it I thought I might be able to print these.
Looking on thingiverse I found a PARAMETRIC Cad file - which allows you to enter the parameters of your pulley wheel (i.e. the desired profile type, the diameter, the height, number of screw holes - AND SO ON).

This even gave me the possiblity to generate the PERFECT pulley wheels for my application and not go for anything that is available.

They are working like a charm and everyone should try it!

Note: Definitely go the way of using the OpenSCAD software (free) for this, the browser based version on thingiverse doesn't work too well.
