osw does not work with simexperience scn5

    Hi guys,
    I have a problem to conect an OSW small mige together with my simexperience scn5. Every time when I try to plug in the usb conctions my scn5 usb conection is stepping out and does not work anymore. I have installed new windows upgades and all driver but without any success. Does somebody know why this could happend any time again?
    Any help wuold be fantastic!

    Hi, first try different USB slot combinations, plug out other USB devices you don't need at the moment, try out an USB hub, if no success try new USB cables.

    I have that combination so i can tell you it does work. Are you plugging the correct usb connector off your stm board. If its a simucube i cant help as much

    at first many thanks for help! I found the problem. It was a bad usb conection. Now I use an actice usb cable and it works fine!
