Soo some shopping arrived, followed by more questions:)
    Fanatec CSW V2,5 complete pack
    [IMG]
Front pivot bearing for TL, casters and "marble mover" (do not know the exact english world for that, did not decided yet if i use those or casters..), PSUs
    [IMG]
    3*SCN6 20-150 + Frex Motion 4 + Frex Wires
    [IMG]
And here comes the question about power for scn´s.. I thought that you all guys are using 1 psu for 1 scn.. But frex send me just one power cable for all three SCNs so i guess they count that people use just one supply? I have this PSU´s (24V of course) but i´m afraid it won´t be enough for 3* SCN6?:( Would like to use Frex´s cables when i have them now, so i will probably put this psus back and take one proper one instead.. Any reccomendations from Meanwell preferable?
    http://www.czech-meanwell.cz/fotky10575/fotov/RS-100-spec.pdf
    [IMG]
Next question about mounting the SCN. Do i understand it correctly that only possible option for mounting them is from top? So i will have to make something like simxperience mount & damp kit? Any pictures how you have mounted those?
And one more, the lever rod is fully in right now, i guess prior to installing i have to connect them to simtools it first and raise it like 50%?

Said you with a Mige DD wheel:D. All the Frex stuff would have given the credit card a good workout also. @Martyn Don't run Frex gear so cannot advise on power supplies + other questions, but good luck on your project:thumbs.

There are members who do use SCN/Frex gear, but you would have to track them down via the search if still active (no guarantees) , for information that is not in the FAQ. Good luck.

    It is coming along nicely.

That bottle collection looks to be growing at a prodigious rate ;)

Looks like you use a stick welder - 'Grind & Paint' will fix that :D. Just be aware of how much fillet you grind off and how that will impact the strength of the final joint.

For info: I built something similar years ago (also had a surge track) and also had wheels to support the front and middle of the moving frame. You will be surprised by how much the frame will flex and move once you have a passenger and other kit on board. Expect to add a bit more steel/wheels etc, to strengthen and stabilise the frame by the time you are finished.

Great progress, good luck with your project. Anyway I have to follow our rules so this thread has been moved to the commercial section (FrexGP actuators).

@SeatTime yop you are right, will add some more steel to traction loss frame (pedals, wheel and shifter mount minimum), but maybe we will have to add somethig to the "base frame" as well.
Also thinking about adding more marbles to traction loss..
We will see how it comes up, so far it seems fine, but after finishing and with driver it will be pretty heavy..

Need some little help here with Simtools - it does not recognize SCN at all:(
Connected all properly, nothing happens. After long searching i´ve find out the "change accurator id" thing, installed TBVST soft, started the Visual Setting tool which recognized SCN immediatelly and i can play with it via this SW. However, the ID was set to 0 already, so there was not a problem there:( But when this works i guess i have all the connection and com drivers etc ok...
If i try x-sim sw then at startup the acurator moves.
Only Simtools is dead completely:( any ideas?

Righ now i´m waiting for custom SCN braclet, were not able to made it by ourselfes, do not have propriet tools.
I´m wondering, shall i add more silentblocks to the other side of rods - to the SCN brackets?

And if anybody have idea how to make adjustable wheel, please share with me.. Could not find anything.
For pedals we used seats sliders, but it looks kinda big for wheel i guess..

In a previous version of my rig I used seat sliders for moving the pedals plus the wheel. Both were mounted on the same wooden construction:
    https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...at-fans-and-vibration.7684/page-3#post-114278

(In my current version the pedals are mounted on the moving part, so that I have to go without the sliders.)

Well it is moving.. somehow.. spend lot of time trying to tuning it for Asseto from FAQs and searching forums, but still not overally happy with it, it is kinda "wild", jerky, not very smooth at all..
I did not tried experimenting with filters yet, as i can not find any informations for that?
My actual setting here, video of the thing moving coming:) i really hope some of you experienced guys can check it and give me a hand with settings.. Many thanks in advance!!
