    I don't understand, the Simtools site doesn't scan my computer to see if I have the right version!
    Maybe the freebie code is not good?

    The licensing system for SimTools 2 was recently changed to allow SimTools 3 Beta licensing updates, hence the need for the update to the latest SimTools 2: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/simtools-v3-public-beta.17329/page-5#post-231997

    As I understand it there was also a short window where syncing licenses was a subsequent issue, perhaps @yobuddy can help get this sorted for you.
