@noorbeast using bridge rectifier with 12v 1200w psu Screenshot_20240204-115126.png maybe fix tripping or i'm wrong ?

@absyfadhel1 so Rufu Dufus SMC3 code mode 1? Interesting. Non H bridge controller similar to the sabretooth by the sounds of that. Direction commands and PWM hook up? You may be able to also use @BlazinH SPS sabretooth code with that controller as well.

i mover my motor far front to be able to balance the rig, and i succeded in that. but now its twisting and cant solve it.

    https://youtube.com/shorts/1PZbGEOH8YA?si=8dKuaNob_35jLO3g

i added dampers but its kill the motion angle like its let the rig to move about 10% of the motion.

    help what should i do?

I think what you mean is wormdrive backlash: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/wormdrive-backlash.293/

If so some positive weight bias and shortest practical lever CTC will help a little to mask but not eliminate the backlash.

yes, but not only backlsh, the distance between mid shaft and the motors is far, so when i move the seat with my hand its like twisting right and lift as same as not connected to the motor , its like in air so there is too much play and twist, before the motors were in short distance mid shaft and there is no twisting only up and down because of backlash, but now its twisting like the rod is not attached to the body .

i will try to shorten the rod lenth from motor to body to the shortest possible and will se if there is any diffrent.

I the joint is allowing lateral twist then either replace it with a u-joint from a car tail-shaft or alternatively yo could construct a diagonal panhard rod between the bottom and top frames: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panhard_rod

A properly placed single panhard rod should do it, but yes diagonally between the top and bottom frame. A robust u-joint is simpler.

i cant use u joint because i just finished from remaking my rig and weld the rod so ut fhard to remove and its newly painted, i didnt know this will happend ☹️, i will do research about how i need to add the panhard rod

hi again, @noorbeast i do too much research and asked many friends but i couldnt find any udea how to solve the problem , panhard rod maybe a good i dea but i dont know how to attach it, i mean my motor in front side (foot mount) and its far from the seat because of that its tilt the seat when i just move it with my hand, when i increase the power if the damper its jot move and stable as i want, but there is like 10% of total movment.

    any suggestion?

A diagonal panhard rod between the top and bottom frame uses a tie-rod or heim joint either end.

Though as I said a robust uni joint may be easier to eradicate lateral twist, even if it does require some rebuilding.
