After setting up Sim Tools I had an error:

    is not correct: L<Axis1>R<Axis2>
correct: L<Axis1a>R<Axis2a> 10 ms (at 20 ms - does not work)

be sure to set up as in the picture:
    upload_2017-2-26_15-33-4.png

Turning on the power circuit to the motor, then we click - Output Testing - Turn On.
    Motors are to engines.

    Now I take off video!!!

Be sure to check the connected equipment:

If you run a test in the Sim Tulls and the engine is not running, then:

    1) you need to close the Game Manager and Game Engine
    2) disconnect the USB (Arduino Uno)
    3) Insert USB (Arduino Uno)
    4) initially run Game Engine, and then the Game Manager
    5) open the tab and enter data, or select from a list of saved,

and be sure to press after each "Save" button.

Then open this tab, click on "Turn On" (testing engines):

If all is well, then you will see the light "yellow LED" on the Arduino Uno board:

in addition to the heat sinks must also put a nice fan because you risk frying

Another tip is if you allow the use of potentiometers, hall effect because more resistant precise, without block ...... but more expensive.

    OK, now I buy radiators.

cooler with a computer will think is normal!

while using a cheap resistor. And what is better?

Don't forget to put great big heatsinks on those motomoster chips. I used the exact same wiper motors. They both got very hot - the motors and the chips.
