    My Motion Simulator:
    2DOF, Arduino
    Hi,

i'm new in forum, I have a 2DOF with wiper motors and seat base movement. I'm using it with another sofware 6 months ago, and I'm trying to use Simtools to works better.

My 2DOF are build in 30 and 35 mm iron tubes and some parts in MDF wood to stand pedals and the steering wheel, zalem seat sparco replica seat and hydraulic handbrake with Arduino Leonardo from the same seller. Have a 24V power supply from a server computer, 2 wiper motors 24V comanded by a Arduino Uno and 2 IBT2 shields, sensors Halls.

Now I'm trying to put 2 body shakers and I'm thinking if its better to use SimVibe or to get the Professional Licence to use all in the same program.

The next days I will be looking the forum to understand the SimTools funcions and try to do my 2Dof work with it, change the Arduino firmware, get plugins, the DIY license... etc.

If you want to help me, you only have to write jeje thanks for looking, see you in the forum! bye

PD: I'm trying to update a photo of the system with the button "Upload a File" but when the photo finish to load don't happens nothing, I'm doing something wrong?

    Hi!

I have news, I have modified the arduino wiring, installed SMC firmware and... IT'S ALIVE!!! haha
now I need to refine the axis config and modify some SMCUtility parameters, because motors do noise in standby (I have to look for more information) and maybe I can try with LiveForSpeed.

    Hi!

I have been talking with some buddys in SMC3 thread because I have crazy movements, the axle of the wiper motors have a lot of looseness (its correct this word?) and the hall sensors don't detect the correct position. I have been searching and thinking to buy new and better motors, but I have temporaly solved the problem with two tensors in the axle to the frame (see the photo).

Now I have been trying LFS and it works fine! tomorrow its my first month birthday in the forum, I will ask for the DIY license to try other games.

Thanks to @Pit and @Joao Neto for the help.
