Got a little catch up to do with my build, I've been quite busy. Getting my frame together over this holiday break.
Have two brackets laser cut first one is my arm, decided to use the wheel hub of the wheelchair wheel.

Quick test, still need to weld the front lug on to the inner frame, it's only cable tied hence why it's a bit clunky!

I've had a play with my setting in SCM3, I've set the MWMmax to 220 and turned down the MWMrev to 100 also set axis limiting to 60% and set a 10% smoothing to all axis's, seems to be holding up much better.

What's the maximum voltage of the mms h-bridge?

Keep in mind MMs are only good for up to 16V, so they won't work in a 24V system.

They even do not work in a 16V system...spend some money and go the sabertooth route

Thanks @Tim McGuire and @Pit, I'm going to Get an amp meter connected to try and see exactly how much current is being supplied to the motor, I think the h-bridge is just being pushed over the edge and protecting it's self. The motor body is getting a bit warm so it must be supplying a reliable amount, but I am starting to think that the Sabertooth is the way forward.

BTW you have a wonderful toy in your garage ;) One more thing is coming into my mind about the feet platform - how you will add it to the frame? What about the steering wheel? I assume you are going to build a motion platform...

Thanks @Pit and @Nick Moxley, was lucky enough to be able to build it a few years back. Spent three years from scratch, little bit each month. But yeah it's good fun! Had a very backwards moment at Bomb Hole, Snetterton (third bend after the back straight) last year. Slightly overcooked it on the apex of the bend and off we go backwards at 85mph. o_O So yeah I'm hopping my sim can help sharpen my skills!! At a fraction of the cost. :thumbs
