    Sorry I can't read anything from the screenshot. Can I presume it is the SCN5 software that is not installing and if so are you running the installer as administrator, as per the instructions?

    The error said like this:

    "c:\Windows\system32\STDOLE2.TLB"

    "Unable to register the type library: Register TypeLib failed code0x8002801
    Error accessing the OLE registry
    Retry to try again or Ignore to proceed anyway (not recommended)
    Or Abort to cancel installation"

    Base on previous screen shots and videos, is there anything that i miss? I really do follow all the procedures that it shows.

    Thank you so Much @noorbeast. I'm on the way to Hong Kong now and had bring one of the RS485 to there to change it.
    Probably is not the adapter problems. But last night I saw the other adapter flashing and the other no.

    If one adapter flashes and the other not then it could be due to ID of that connected actuator not set to zero or the adapter is assigned to a COM port with number greater than or equal to 10. Change the COM port to below 10 if that the case.
