    Hi,

I have motors that I want to use for my small scale test rig.

They have build in encoder, but I can't make them work.

Black and Bleu are to 5V and GND, but when I connect Yellow or Green to A0 of the arduino, I get a weird signal in SMC3 Utility. It keeps going from lower to upper limit and the motor is jerking.

Can someone help me to get them to work?

Here is the wiring and pictures
Red: Motor power + (exchange can control rotating and reversing)
Black: Coding power- negative (3.3-5V) polarity cannot be wrong
    Yellow: Signal feedback
    Green: Signal feedback
Blue: Coding power + positive(3.3-5V)polarity cannot be wrong
White: Motor power - (exchange can control rotating and reversing)

    My Motion Simulator:
    2DOF, DC motor, Arduino, 6DOF
The smc3 is designed to work with potentiometers not encoders
