    If you are talking about head movements in game, I think people disable it because you’ll get that with the motion. You don’t say which headset you are running but the motion of the seat will get added to your movements. If you have a Vive, see the thread on motion cancellation. It used to work with the Rift too but Oculus changed their driver where it broke it.

    But ultimately it’s a matter of your own choice. Try it with and without car movement and see what you prefer. In VR many prefer smaller motions too. Also a matter of choice though.

    If it is DiRT Rally, then yes turn off the in-game head movement.

    If you leave it on it will make you nauseous faster than a Donald Trump monologue.
