    I don't think we'll see 4k res VR for at least 2 years, guessing more around 4 or longer. Resolution is getting a lot of attention now, so I could be wrong.

    The optimized cards will almost certainly do a fantastic job of rendering VR, but I don't think they will exist/be necessary until around January next year. You never really have a guarantee that your high-end gaming hardware will still be able to run top games perfectly for more than a year. Alas
