miStas first GT5 Racing Rig. please Help

Hallo Leute,

durch googlen und einen Zufall bin ich auf dies Grandiose Forum gestoßen.
Ich muss sagen ein kleiner Traum würde in Erfüllung gehen, wenn mein zukünftiger Simulator auch für Gran Turismo 5 kompatibel sein wird.

Vorerst werde ich mich darum kümmern mein Racing-rig zu Bauen.

Und da brauch ich eure Hilfe. Also ich will mir ein Gerüst like playseat oder RaceStar aus Alluprofil selber bauen,
da ich nicht schweißen kann. Und ich habe gesehen es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten mit den Profilen zu Arbeiten.

In meinen 3D Modell habe ich einfach mit 45x90 für die Basis und 45er Profilen gerechnet.

Da kommt schon meine erste Frage:

Würde auch ein 30er Profil ausreichen?

Der spätere Simulator soll dann 2dof sein und zwar mit Wischermotoren unter dem Sitz, Wie das Rig von DERIY.

Natürlich soll das PCB nach dem Design von Thanos gemacht werden.
Da ich aber überhaupt keine Ahnung habe wie ich das machen soll, werd es ein Freund aus Griechenland für mich programmieren und mir hier schiken.

Ich hätte dann noch die Frage an die Leute die mit Aluprofilen gearbeitet haben:

Wie könnte ich das Brett für mein Driving Force GT am besten befestigen und dann noch neigen zu können?

Reicht die Klemmwirkung aus um die Profile Fest in einer Position zu halten? Die Klemmen habe ich um das Lenkrad besser einstellen zu können.

Dann noch eine Frage:

Wie kann ich meine Ergonomische und optimale Sitzhaltung erreichen.

Der Simulator/ das Racing Rig soll so kompakt sein wie es nur geht, da meine Freundin es im Schlafzimmer nicht sehen will muss ich es irgendwie hinter der Tür
verstauen können, daher das schwarze Scharnier an der Basis um es einklappen zu können.

I would have one question to the people who've worked with aluminum profiles:

How could I fix the board for my Driving Force GT on the best and still tend to be able to?

Is the clamping action of solid to keep the profiles in one position? The clips I have to be able to better adjust to the steering wheel.

Then another question how do I reach my optimum ergonomic and posture.

The simulator / the Racing Rig is to be as compact as it gets, as my friend did not want to see in the bedroom I have to somehow behind the door

I cant answer your questions, but I have one for you: Why dont you just build a 2dof rig from the start? You can use it with no movement until you have your electronics ready. Besides that, velcome and good luck!

But i want tou Build the Rig first, because i don't have anougth money for the Wipermotors and the ASUS 27 3d Panel. And i am not sure, thats able to get the motion data from the PS3. But i see full motion sims from Subaru und Toyota for PS2 and Gran Turismo4.

So i decided to Build first a Racing Rig for my Toshiba 42 inch LCD in the living room. ;D

Wie könnte man die Höhenlage des Lenkrad einstellbar machen?

Was ist mit der Frage ob 30er Profile ausreichen würden?

Kennt jemand eine günstige Firma?

Wie stark sind die Klemmen bei den Gelenken?

Ich will nicht, dass plötzlich der TFT auf dem Boden knallt... :thbd:

PS: wenig los hier im Subforum.. aber ich will auch nicht das Prjektforum zumüllen.

Da ich ja noch keine echten Maße habe und der Sitz noch nihtmal da ist.
ICh bin halt noch voll in der Planungsphase, daher hier eingestellt.

Aber cih bin echt neuling und brauche Eure Hilfe.. habe echt schon viel gelesen. Und
die Version von Vulbas, und DERIY oder Scotolo89 finde ich am besten. Aber halt mit Wischermotoren,
weil ich wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe große AC Gearhead Motoren nicht richtig ansteuern kann mit dem PCB und Software von Thanos?

Darüber hinaus.. weiß ich nicht was so ein Motor von Siemens kosten würde.
Wahrscheinlich kann man sich für den Preis gleich 2 SCN5 holen?!

Und try and Error ist weit aus günstiger mit alten Wischermotoren vom Schrottplatz...

also je nach Anwendung reichen 30er Profile aus.
ich habe die für den Tisch und die Pedalhalterung genommen.
Für den Sitz sind 40er auch ausreichend.
Die Scharniere kann man ordentlich fest anziehen, das hält den TFT sicher aus.
Ich habe meinen TFT auch klappbar und ziehe die Scharniere nur lose an, so das ich ihn auch ohne lösen noch klappen kann.
Das hält weil sich das Scharnier 1-2° überstrecken läßt und er dann von selbst stehen bleibt.

Du schreibst je nach Anwendung 30er oder 40er..

Den Klemmhebel brauche ich für den Tisch für das Lenkrad und dessen Basis am Fuß.

Damit das so gebildete Uneigbar ist um die Höhe des Lenkrades zu einzustellen und auch für das verstauen,

einzugnicken.

Sollte es nicht stabil genug sein, muss ich wohl darauf verziichten.

Gibt es hier andere Ideen wie man die Neigung und die Höhe des Lenkrades einstellen kann?

Welche ist die optimalste und Sitzposition um eine Dauersession zu gewährleisten?

Also Pedale sind ja im Auto unter der Höhe der Sitze. Habe aber racing rigs gesehen, Pedale und Sitzhöhe
gleichauf sind. Dann gibt es sogar rigs, wo die Pedale höher liegen als der Sitz.

Genauso die Stellung der der Beine.. mal teilweise liegend mal Teilweise 90° Grad sitzend.

Kennt jemand das rinoseat oder so? Der soll ja sehr egonomisch sein.

Ihr merkt ich bin noch voll in der Planungsphase.. aber das würde ich gerne das Wochenende Beenden und dann eine Bestellung aufsetzen.

Klar soll die Position einstellbar sein, aber in erster Linie Baue cih den Simm für mich und ich bin grademal 1,70m und er soll so komplex wie möglich sein.

Mitlerweile ist der Sitz gekommen und ich wollte langsam die Profile in Auftrag geben!

Aber dafür brauch ich qualitative Beratung. Zu der Stärke der Profile und wie ich am einfachsten den Klapp Mechanismus realisiere. Und Wie ich die Höhe und den Neigungswinkel vom Lenkrad einstelle.

Also was für Zusatz elemnte ich da bruache. Darüber hinaus ob damit überhaupt später ein 2dof System mit Wischermotoren wie das von DERIY bauen kann.
