    Watching closely you can see that the wheel table comes loose on the left side and pivots up to the right. At around 13 seconds the relative position of the wheel to the driver suddenly changes dramatically while the rest of the rig appears to be stable. I think this is a SimCraft Apex6, and from what you can see of the framing in the background it appears to still be sitting normally on the floor.

    From another video of an Apex6, the wheel table is intended to flip up like that and even has a gas spring to help it, which hopefully stopped it from colliding with the right monitor. These SimCraft rigs are like cages and this would presumably make it a lot easier to get in and out. So this was most likely a latch getting shaken loose rather than a more fundamental fastener failure.
