I have a steering wheel that runs the thanos dd board and a aasd driver and mige motor

When the wheel is active it seems to be interfering with my 6dof motors causing them to oscilate

Fitting a usb isolator stops the problem, however the usb isolator I have is not capable of the high usb 3.0 speeds the thanos dd board uses

Has anyone tried a high speed usb optoisolator ?

    What did you use ?

Any suggestions to stop this noise problem ?

(I wonder if the thanos dd board is flooding the usb hub with traffic abd that is actually what the real problem is)

I had similar issues when I first built my AASD direct drive wheel based on peacemakes's thread. I use a STM board with the pwm to analogue chip thanos suggested in that thread.
I was getting usb devices disconnecting and reconnecting, rogue throttle inputs, buzzing in my base shakers and so on.
For me the answer was to mount the AASD as far away from the rig as the servo cables would allow and keep the servo cables away from all other wiring.
Adding grounding cables didn't make any difference for me but is probably a good idea.

I haven't taken the servo cables apart to see if their screened, I guess not.
