hi all, before i buy this bldc motor i want to ask is it possible to use it for 2 dof or 4 dof?? with Vesc drivers?? because logically this hoaverboard bldc motor is able to support a load of 60-100kg. yes that's my crazy thought, but before I waste a lot of time and money on it I ask first. Or has anyone discussed this before?? direct me there. because at this time I feel less comfortable with the wiper motor, it is not strong enough to support the load. and I have read the post how to make a diy actuactor. this : https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/diy-linear-actuator-design.8221/
and in my area it is still possible to get used ballscrews, as well as used dcmy1016 motors. which one is more recommended??

yes - i think you could use one with a eccentric pin on the end and 2 lever arms

could also be used for a ballscrew

these motors have coils at a larger diameter than a normal motor and have good torque for thier weight

i am surprised nobody else seems to have done it

Yes sir i thing use direct arm to motor without reducer gear sir. But i think fot the driver. I have think use vesc, because that motor just 36v, and vesc can handle 60v max. But i dont know how to control it, i dont understand the coding sir

you will need a brushless motor driver and an encoder / potentiometer

How do you imagine the work of mechanics with wheels from hoverboard? Can you draw it schematically?

still confused between using hoverboard bldc or making actuactor with ballscrew 1605 and motor scoter my1016 250w 24v 2700rpm (motor connected directly to ballscrew. jafi without using pulley reducer) as in this post.

only he has replaced his my1016 motorbike with a PM90 motorbike if I'm not mistaken. I don't know if my1016 is strong for 2dof/4dof because I read that the results of my1016 have not been reviewed.
