So i guess the transducers add to the experience with a motion Rig?

What transducers add depends on the fidelity of motion your rig can achieve. The higher fidelity the motion is, the less transducers add to the experience.

The transducers are a cheap add on. In total they'll maybe cost me around £100 to add to the system. If they add immersion of some sort then it's a bonus. I wanted them to add road texture or small subtle vibrations to the sim which the large movements from the motors won't be able to create.

    Heres a pic

Everything custom made (apart from bodnar ffb), used 80/20 for a few prototypes prior to going to box tube / welded / powder coated

Built for racing motion but it to my surprise feels brilliant for flight too

It seemed like lots of hassle at the time but the enjoyment it has paid back even in the last year has easily paid back + its rock solid and maintenance free, it will keep paying back co rears to come, this and VR is truly an escape

Ps if anyone needs scn6 covers and damper systems let me know
-laser cut , machine welded, powder coated , they look fab

Why the Cables on top of the wheel, Why not pivot the motor and have them on the side ?

They are called AC servo motor's....capable of upwards of 60nm of torque, So enough to break finger and bones......Totally different level as opposed to the commercial stuff like Logitech/Thrustmaster.

Stock Fanatec compared to Upgraded Buhler's.

    AC servo motor.

leo bodnar sim ffb yes £3000 + without a wheel.
think it just takes your sim to another world on par with any f1 simulation system.
one day but not till my other things are sorted.
    ps a wheel is £1000+

i am not sure if its competion is accuforce or not tho as thats a good setup i think too.
