Sorry for my english i'm brazilian.

I'm using the simtools a few weeks and i have problems with the configuration.
I take some informations in the threads and building a small simulator, like the @insanegr.
I have some problem to configure the Simtools to work fine with LFS, look in the tunningcenter picture, have random numbers. I did patch and re pacth, install and reinstall all progams

Look my configurantion in the pictures, and arduino code.
The video is heavy to post, i will try convert and post later.

Hi Bordiin, you have Simtools configured to use Roll and Pitch DoFs, which is the tilt of your car based on the terrain. I think what you are looking for are the surge and sway DoFs, these will give you the sharp movements associated with acceleration and cornering. It also looks like you need to reverse your axis settings (the check boxes next to the axis' in the axis assignments page) if you are going to continue to use Pitch and Roll.

Start the game, click "capture min/max" and then drive for a while (try not to wreck) then click "save settings". You can then adjust those numbers manually to tweak the responses.

with changing max min, click "capture" then highlight the number with the mouse, hit backspace to delete it, then type your own number in, work down in number size till you find some decent motion. Remember, with each number change, click, "save settings", the "stop capture". Test and re-test.

The values are a personal choice, the lower the number the more force/response you get out of the sim. And this is specific to your rig, there is no "perfect" number settings for everyone. @bsft is spot on with his instructions. :thumbs

Building an R/C servo prototype is a great way to get started many people do that. I did that as well, both for my 2DoF and my 6 DoF.
