Mine fight for a go are were quiet sad when I sold my old unit, commercial use of software should be directed to the bloke who actually wrote the software, Yobuddy its his baby.

24" and 32" the same price? Maybe here as well, I have seen 32" tv for $199 and 24" for $199.
As for $2 per race, its a fundraiser for a kids school. We have enough problems here in Australia and especially NSW with funding for public schools. Not all of us can afford private schooling for the kids.
Any extra dollar they can get helps.

Well after a quick check I cant see a problem mate. Functions and wires up the same as the other one.

The 74LS is Transistor to Transistor logic. Uses Shottky transistors to reduce the stored charge and get higher switching speeds then with conventional bipolar transistors.
The 74HC uses MOSFET technology. Therefore can operate with wider variety of voltages. Power consumption better then TTL (but increases at higher frequencies). Has better noise margins so can work in noisy environments compared to TTL.
74HC are becoming more and more better replacements to older 74LS

Transition speeds are not too much different.

    So you can use 74ls08.

thats it im going to shop buy now..
one stupid question winches motor is the motor that makes the car engine to start?
im asking coz in my language the names are really different (winches gives me 2 options)
1 the one that makes car engine to start
2 that motor with reduction and cables to pull other cars
if its the second one, than its veryy expensive, very, very expensive,

    1) car starter motors, forget it, in the range on 1-2kw power
    2) Boat winch motors, like this http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/NEW-12V-..._Parts_Accessories&hash=item1e802edce2&_uhb=1

Why do you ask about "winches" motor? May be you mean "Wiper" motor?

Winches are better than wipers in that they deliver more lifting power, but if your seat is well balanced and the driver is light than wipers should work great as well.

There are several types of winches in all different price classes. Look for a 2000lb winch with plastic housings. They are often very cheap.

    Here is what I use:

im gonna check the price of some winches, interesting the u use its portatil..

im finishing the small circuit to add to h-bridge. one simple question
this 2 diagrams have small differences. like the firt one has an red wire coming from the vcc and goes to the IC

the other doesnt have it.. and some other small things like the ground resistor
so its work all the same?
