Hello all! Long time browser, first time poster...

I've been working on designing my own FFB wheel, based on this wheel by Alexey. I'm using the general size and shape of his design, as well as the slip ring setup, but I'm changing a few things. I've redesigned the shift paddles, and the belt tensioning system, among other bits.

The part I'm struggling with is the electronics side of things. The original design used a custom PCB for connecting the motor driver, encoder, etc. and Arduino / AIwave for the programing side. He provides a basic wiring schematic and said in the youtube link that the custom PCB is available for purchase.

My issue is two fold: I'm a mechanical engineer and know just enough about microcontrollers to be dangerous, but not much past that. Start talking about pull-up resistors and such, and I start feeling confused. Issue #2 is that I would rather use STM32 & EMC, but I'm struggling to find a definitive wiring schematic despite crawling through the FAQ's for hours.

TL;DR - I want to wire my FFB wheel with STM32 & EMC, and know nothing about it. Also, pics of my model for attention!

Hello, I was able to build a steering wheel using AIWARE and with Arduino it works quite well. In the search for previous information, I came across information about what you are looking for.

I have a manual that I keep for wiring and details on how to upload the program to the smt

I also share the emc program with you, I hope it helps you, any questions, let me know
