After latest update for Avast!, it blocked and put to quarantine Game Engine exe file. I wanted to play, so added it to exceptions for now... But I wonder is my computer infected...

Virus it reported was Win32: Evo-gen [susp] so it can be a false alarm, but I don't know. Otherwise my computer seems to be clean. Any other cases?

Norton did that to me on one occasion as well, I just allowed it. It works still

I had the latest Avast block installing the Game Engine, had to disable Avast to complete the install. I did take a screen shot but it is on the sim computer so will add it later or reference.

Here you go @RaceRay, it was SimTools_v1.3 and this is the install error:

This was the error after your avast decided to quarantine (delete) the simtools exe. I checked the current download file and its virus clean.

Not exactly @RaceRay, this was Avast blocking the coping of the Game Engine exe as part of the SimTools install, with SimTools_v1.3 being downloaded from here.

When I scan SimTools_v1.3 or its original zip file with Avast it comes up clean. So the issue for me occurs as part of instillation with the latest Avast.
