G-Loc motion sim conversion

    hi everyone, I just got an old G-loc arcade that seems in perfect condition beside the screen and boards. I am going to convert it to a regular motion simulator. I saw 2 threads on this forum about it but they do not go really far in the build. Anyone has any idea of what motor I can replace with the original motor. Original motor are like 90v and I would like to use 12v so I can use the jrk I already have. So,if anyone has any ideas on motor conversion or arcade conversion please let me know, thank you

    Ok so I took the beast apart and all boards, and monitor were dead, eaten by mice. It does not matter because hydraulics are in great shape and ran perfect. I cleaned it up and connected a stable power supply to motors and started to test diff Voltages. Start to move real slow at 12v, runs ok at 16v and run well at 24v) Jrk are able to take input all the way to 16v with a good fan. I found potentiometer and hook it up to jrk (I know jrk only 12v and beast motor need 24v). I hooked only one jrk so only one axis. I use the learn and did the pid and voila it tested properly in the game engine. Now tonight I will hook up the other jrk and set it up reverse to other in game engine. It still slow with 16v so I will have to:
    - change motors to 12v if I want to stay with jrk
    or
    - Switch to arduino and pololu 24v shield (but I do not have arduino sketch for it and my coding skills are not that great) Anyone has a sketch or can code it for me? (I am ready to give a little cash to coder for that job)

    hum, I just did the connection for other jrk and everything is good. now I need to define axis 2 in game engine. Any suggestion?

    Copy what you have in the Game Engine Interface1 Settings Tab into the Interface2 Tab and then change Axis1 to Axis2.

    While a 2DOF has roll and pitch it can also be used to simulate sway, surge and heave.

    I was using pollution 12v and pushed them to 16v, with good fans, and it is close but not enough power, I need to use 24v as intended for motors. So I wanted to switch to an arduino setup with a pololu motor shield rated at 24v? What do you think and what sketch can I use to make it work? Thank you
