    Hello
I will therefore present my simulator project to you and resume the first images of my first message from a new member.
Do not hesitate to give me advice or constructive remarks because it will be my first achievement of this type. For the moment, I only have to realize an arcade machine and a pincab (virtual pinball machine).
The first image found on the web really inspired me so I go over there by redrawing the model so that I can make it with the little material and tools at my disposal to get there.(I know ... I'm not ready to work at PIXAR)
And the last image and the starting point of the project with the "chassis" of my futur simracing.

All the best for your journey into motion simulation, just be mindful of the rigs final weight including yourself + peripherals. The sims motors and your hair will thank you.

    Hello
Only the seat and I will have movement on this simulator, the rest will be fixed. That said thank you for the advice

A lot of work today for the realization of the mobile seat
I picked up the idea for the rotating parts on this site, so many thanks to those who posted all of these great ideas.

Sorry for a handling error, that's what it's like to have a laptop on your lap.

I take the time off to wire the system, install the software and do the tests and it's a disaster. Nothing works. The computer part is the one I know the least about this project.

Can we test our installations without a game plugin? Or is there a "test plugin"? If a charitable soul would ask me about this it would be really nice

    Wahhh:thumbs
    Really very impressive.
Great work and what a finish, detail and care, thank you for sharing

I will try to make a report with images to be more precise tomorrow. Thank you in any case for having answered my distress call

my installation is carried out with a 75% kit from simukit.
The sabertooth and arduino are wired as in the pictures.
And the potentiometer in 0V and 5V at the ends and connect in the center to the arduino in A0 for motor 1 and A1 for motor 2
I installed in the arduino: XPID_sabertooth2x32_120w
I also installed on my computer
    SimTools GameEngine and
    SimTools GameManager
    I am there
Already for the moment have I done the job well?

    Hello,
You were right from the start
So thank you for your great advice
In fact, precisely I had glued the contacts of the arduino so that they did not unsolder
But when you do this, you have to be careful not to accidentally touch one with an unused pole and then you can no longer see because the glue when cooling becomes opaque
So I took it all off
resolder cleanly and it does not work too badly in TURN OFF mode

I had a hard time and quite busy on the forum to answer many of my questions regarding the realization of the project. But that's it I finished my simulator. I therefore resume here the presentation of its realization
painting of the different aesthetic elements of the simulator.

And finally the installation of aesthetic parts and we get closer to the end of the initial design
I wanted to install both forums as a sticker without which I could never have functionally completed this project XSIMULATOR and Noorbeast, and PCSHM and its creators.

I would allow myself 2 tips not being a specialist, to succeed in such a project or similar you need: The simtools manual at hand and read the FAQs of the xsimulator forum because 95% of the time the answer to your question is there.
And again a big thank you to noorbeat for its availability and patience
    ;)
