    Which type of 3D printing material would be best for the linear bushes in a DIY Sim racing pedal for a longer life span. Ideally, it should be Durlin or nylon. Same question for Axial Bushes.

    Why not just buy some bushings out of aliexpress? You can find copper bushings with graphite inserts, those are durable

    Nylon or plastic is to used to avoid metal to metal friction. Using copper bushes is pointless mate.

    You can get igus filament to print your own bushes. BTW, The shock bushes on my mountain bike are igus from the factory.

    I made the linear ones for guiding the shaft/spring from PLA and bought proper brass ones for the rotating ones.
