    Hello!

Here is a video of a nice DIY technic: hot molding of polystyrene sheets.

It mimics what is made in the industry but with common tools (oven, hoover ;-) )

You have to visual check to determine if temperature is okay: it should bend and not burn

    Very good Tutorial !
    Universal application for a Simulator.
I had been interested in this cause i needed some Spare Parts for my Pinball.
Bought some stuff and then got the Parts for my Pin NOS.
But I keep this in mind for future Projects.

Thanks Racing Mat for the Link to my Polyster Cockpit!

    Cheers
    Kai

    Ah, ah! :)
By the way, this technic has its own limitation: it cannot be used for Chewbacca neither... the hairs are burning in the oven!
    ...smell...
