Do you use an M6 screw ?

Yes, it's 6mm, that's how it should be, right? Or does it have to be one of 8 and thread with the pedal and without nut?

Another question, this part of what part of the brake pedal is it? Is it for the brake caliper?

So that part is for the brake caliper, isn't it too stiff? it will hardly leave the brake caliper on. If the caliper has more travel, the pedal also has more travel, right?

Well it's strange... I checked again : it's meant to be a M6 bolt, screwed in the PLA... Did you download the file a long time ago ? I think that I made the hole a little bit smaller some times ago... You should be able to block the screw with two nuts...

Sorry again, you don't have the right part for the calipper. I made a mistake too. So re-download it (brake_v5.7_MC_calipper_pad.stl).
This part isn't meant to flex. You will see that even if this part is stiff, the feeling will be great : in reality, your brake disc doesn't flex...

@Labois, I'm almost finishing the brake pedal, seriously, I really appreciate your sharing the work. The brake is the most real I have tried, it has a fantastic touch, what I was looking for. I share a video so you can see how it looks.

@7HUND3R don't use it without the brake calipper pad, the piston will fall off !!!

For the moment, the feeling is only produced by the spring inside the master cylinder, and you reach the master cylinder full travel ! You must add the brake calipper pad, so the feeling is generate by all the system.
With your hand, you will probably feel that the pedal is really hard, but it will be perfectly natural with your foot.

This part, accelerator_v5.8_assembly.stl I don't have to print right? all the others yes.

I am going to connect the pedals by arduino leonardo. I have a question with the idreaulica pressure sensor cables. The black wire would be the GND on arduino right? the red clable would be the arduino's 5 volt VCC right? and the green one would be the data one? it could go to Analog 1,2 or 3 of the arduino, right? the pressure sensor uses 5v right? and not 3v.

You are all right ! black wire to GND, red wire to 5volt VCC, green wire to analog.

I think the sensor could work with 3v, but it's better to use 5volt.

Ok, when the arduino arrives, Leonardo connects the cables and tests that brake that has an incredible touch.

I am working on a 6 speed/Sequential Gearbox, controlled by the clutch. If it goes well, it should be ready in the coming weeks...

You see a complex design mechanism !! the new one now I see that you have put some hydraulic part, right?

Yeah it's a slave cylinder. It will block the system if you don't press the clutch pedal down.

I will connect the RST pedals to the g27. I see that the connector has 2 gnd on pins 6 and 9 but from the pedals come 3 gnd that 1 is from the pressure sensor and the other 2 will be from the throttle and gas potentiometers. How do I connect these 3 to the connector that will go to the g27?

You need to link the 3 gnd wires coming from the pedal to one of this two g27 gnd pin. I would also advice to check the pin with a tensiometer...
