Hello everyone, I've ordered my parts and I'm 3D printing some pieces now for my Motion Simulator. I expect it to be mostly for racing, but I really want it to work for Xplane 11 and DCS as well. The actuators have been modelled after another project, but essentially the electronics I am completely going with Thanos new AMC-AASD15A controller which I have ordered.

I've ordered my servos and 220v servo motors Qty 4

    https://www.aliexpress.com/item/90S...070107.html?spm=a2g0o.cart.0.0.777d3c00JEqZBV

Qty of 4 of each of these from NTL Bearings in China

    - Precision Hollow Shaft 30-20-270 30mm diameter - 20mm Bore - 270mm Length Bevel on both ends
    - 1605 Ball screw and Nut - Length 250mm Machined
    - LMEK30UU(30x47x68) Linear bearing
    - Coupling-30-40-10x16 Diameter-30mm Length 40mm
    - FK12 Ball Screw Support

I've ordered Qty of 4 DB25 Male to Male cables from primecables.ca

    - 25pim male to male serial 3ft D-Sub Cables

    https://www.primecables.ca/p-314112...cable-5-lengths-available-monoprice#sku314112

I am still doing my bill of materials on the bolts so that is a work in progress.

Credit should go to the SFX-100 team for the stl files for the actuators and some of the components above. I've moved away from the electronics on the design as I found it very limiting for flight simulators and other sims.

There will be many more updates in the coming weeks as I've just ordered components, so I'm just in the waiting phase now.

I currently have a Deathmobile constructed which will be how I will initially test the linear actuators eventually the fall moving to aluminum extrusion frame. I am going to move in phases with this project.
I decided to stay with the 100mm movement at first, but I may move to 150 or 200 for flight simulations down the road. Right now I just want to stay with something proven until I can work the bugs out of this design with Thanos new controller and flight simulations.

    Stay tuned...

Received the motors and drivers , also received the 25 pin male to male cables. The bearings were purchased a week and a ago from NTL and they still haven't shipped, the extrusion should be here in a week or so. This week I should have all the 3d printed parts completed. I am on my 3rd last part now. So this week, I should have all parts printed, and the bolts ordered from somewhere online. Like to source them in Canada, but it seems my real only answer is Fastenal with qty's of 100 which seems silly for what I need.
