I have 2 non-motion cockpits setup for myself and son to race.

Now after watching the action here the past couple of years I finally have time to work on my project.
I have been collecting various parts. 80/20, seats, spare pc's. I am now setup to burn the circuits as supplied by thanos; so motors are next....

I can get 12/24volt wiper motors as above for $40 us. How do these compare to those used by thanos or yobuddy.

    Hi boutrous, :hi:

They look like they would work; the biggest problem I have with mine is they are not permanent magnet so when no power is applied they slip under the weight of the rider. Also, I made 2” arms on my motors and if I had it to do over I would only make them 1”. My 2” arms provide more movement than is needed IMHO and amplifies the play in the motors.

Just out of curiosity, are you making a joyrider type motion simulator, or a simforce gt type?
Do you have any pictures of the cockpits?
