    After sometime experimenting (frying Hbridge ,arduino ,USB port) solved it
    Only wired up :
    ARD - Hbridge
    PIN 2 - IN1A
    PIN 9 - IN2A
    PIN 4 - IN1B
    PIN 10 - IN2B

    SMC3 MODE 2
