I just get the U-joint, it's time to build the support for the moving frame

I may change my mind building the sim with shoulder rod mount instead of the rod under the seat because I'm afraid that my motors will not be powerfull enough and after reading a lot of topics It seems to be better for the feelings in the shoulder and more precise.
Actually I prefere the version under the seat because the sim is smaller.

What do you think about it ?

I am not sure what spec motors you are using, but a shoulder mount does not need as much torque to drive it as a compact design.

    I will build a 70mm lever rotating in a 120° angle

Something to keep in mind, as a lever moves through an arc its effective use of torque rapidly diminishes over 40 degrees up or down.

Yes, that's why I'm afraid to have not enough power in a compact design.
I finish the rear structure, I will calculate the position of the motors and begin to build the ground structure.

I had some angle for the rear structure so it doesn't touch the seat

Now the rotation axis is soldered I use Simcalc to calculate the better position for the motors. This is what I obtain with my settings but I have no Idea of the Torque I need for Roll and Pitch, Anyone could tell me if it's not enough ?
The Roll angle is High I think but the Pitch is ok for me.

I am surprise of these results because at first I put the motors farther away of the pivot axe to be closer of the "better place" for the motors (to have a right angle between the rod and the structure). But this is the results: and the efficiency is quite bad for the pitch.

Is there someone to share his experience in this values ? This is my first sim so I don't really know wich one is most important and if the Torque is enough.
