I was impressed of the difference it made on the brake actually having a decent feeling. That is something i will probably look into with the game vibe on the pedal if easy enough. I will sort out my buttkicker 2 when i get a new seat, as this one rattles with it so i never put it on. i stopped using it on the playstation because of it.
I will hopefully install simtools 2 saturday as i havent done that yet, but as it will be finished for now i can spend a bit of time setting it up.
Im just waiting for the H-shifter which HE said they should be ready in 2-3 months.

I deffo have the bug mate lol

Get your reg code sent off now so you get it n not have to wait.

Just get the th8rs they ace with a few tiny mods.
You can lut a second ball spring to stiffen it up abit more.used elstic bands to ad a feel to it.

Ive got the code mate, just hadnt bothered installing it yet as my rig wasnt finished.

Ive also got the TH8RS. i would be interested in seeing how you modded it. I think it's far to lose and just hasn't got a good feel to it. I would be happy with it if it was tighter as i do like using it at times over paddles. it was mounted before i made this rig and i used it when i got my OSW as i never had paddles until my ascher plate arrived.

Inside theres a spring bearing you tughten up to make it stiffer if you look on the opposite side of that theres a threaded hole to fit a second one so you get two spring balls fitted.
Then you can use large o'ring or elastic bands to control the feel of neutral.

This is the chap but its not quite the right ones its all they had in stock by me.
They do have the others but not sure when if they will get them in.
This just does not have the ball bearing so is not so good but will pop down next week see if they got them in yet with the bearings in.
Will post the links accordingly for others here too.
But can pop one in the post to you noprobs mate if they have best bit is they only a few quid each.

I could probably cut them on the plasma actually, but they would just be flat unlike the original. the edges would just need a slight rub down with emery cloth on alluminium. ill try a bit of 3mm mild steel tomorrow if i get a drawing done tonight first to see if it works . i've got to strip the rig down ready for the morning so will do it if i get time

I took my shifter apart tonight to get tightened up and have a look but then i forgot to bring the elastic bands home from work. I managed to get a bit more on the ball screw though. I won't be able to cut the disc on the plasma though as it definitely needs the curve in it, unless i can make some spacer rings too but for now i'll see how i go.
I have just drawn up the brackets for bolting on the shifter and handbrake so will be going into work first thing to get them made, along with the monitor stands to get them closer.
i think i will be ok with the th8rs shifter for now as i have drawn up a mount plate from the thrustmaster template to get rid of the crappy clamp and the mount will be solid, whereas i had side movement on my old setup.

i've seen the mod post mate, looks good. i forgot my elastic bands though and i had it wrote on my hand lol. i will have to grab a few of those screws, as i don't have them in mine.

Ive have knocked up a couple of brackets this morning for the shifter and hand brake. the shifter now bolts direct to this bracket so should be strong, and the bracket bolts direct to the frame, as does the handbrake.

Also knocked up the monitor stands. One is offset to allow the pc tower to sit in place closer to the front wall
