Yes, I know about the torque. I will use an motor with 35Nm and 70rpm, i believe 50:1. I try to use de sincalc, but not accept small size of measurement.

You know how much angle of pitch and roll is good value? 10 deg?

To qualify for a free license:

    • You must be building a true DIY motion simulator. (Not built from a kit or purchased from a simulator seller, a model simulator does not qualify.)
    • Have a unique build thread or Showcase in DIY Simulator Projects. (The thread should show some effort, which means it should show progress to the rig testing phase.)
    • Have been a member of the community for at least 30 days.

    New's!

Today I receive some part's and begin to work!

H Monster assemble with some mod's. I will integrate to arduino and H Monster an bluetooth module to make a direct commnication to PC wireless without a second Pc. The speed of usb-serial of arduino Uno, is 115k and bluetooth is 115k too, and I believe that work without no lag. Feedback of position will be hall sensors

I noticed that he is Brazilian too. I am using similar engines in my project. I bought the 70rpm 35nm but found it weak (for my purpose). Then I bought the 30rpm 50nm and it worked!

Are you interested in turning your project into a commercial product?

I will try with the 82rpm motor, if not work well, I change to the motors that you inform.

In this moment I will assemble the project to my use, but I can think to change to commercial. I have good ideas to do the comunication for the pc wireless, triple screen's with low cost projector's and other things.

Hi, thanks for sharing. I will follow your project with interest
Do you have the characteristics and the reference of the electrical elements? (engine, engine control card)

That's a nice compact design. I'd be interested to see what SimCalc said about your no.s. I'm in the design phase right now, waiting on parts to arrive & I'm a little unclear on the sort of no.s I need to see.

Wow that is sleek. I hope the Alu extrusion can cope & that no one needs to get into the closet :D Makes me wonder if I've gone a little over bvoard for my first build.

Looking good :) The thing I just made weighs a ton, I should have thought of Aluminium Extrusion. It makes for a nice neat and probably quite quick build. I shall be watching with interest.
