    You can make options for the Center To Center (CTC) hole distance from the shaft to where the rod mount, but as you are using wiper motors, which are not very powerful, start small at around 40mm CTC, as the larger the CTC the faster the linear speed, but less torque. You can always increase CTC after initial testing if the motors can handle the mass being moved.
