    My Motion Simulator:
DC motor, SCN6, Motion platform, 6DOF
    Hi ,

I'm using Simtools since a couple of days - great software. My setup has 2 DOF, one for TL an one for a dedicated belt-system, which pulls the belt while breaking. Here, the problem deals with the zero reference of my SCN6, 150mm. Due to the centering/homing procedure at position 75 mm, there are only 75mm left for effective actuator movement during breaking.

So my question: is it possible to initialize (homing) the SCN6 at the position "0 mm" for using the full 150mm for breaking action? Any offset value or something like that?

    Thanks for your help.

    Kind regards,

    Matthias

The problem here is the scn6.
If you were using an Arduino we could easily modify the sketch to do as you want.
but with the SCN's we would need to modify a interface plugin i think.
Doable, but not a few clicks in the gui is all.
    take care,
