Arduino USB disconnecting reconnecting

    Hi guys, I need a little help.

    My Arduino usb keeps disconnecting and reconnecting . I've turned off the usb sleep suspend in the power settings as well as in the device manager but it keeps doing it. I've tried plugging it directly into the motherboards well as using an external hub, it's the same.

    The good thing is it doesn't happen during use but every time I exit the sim it starts happening.

    This started when I recently upgraded my PC with new motherboard CPU and reinstalled Windows 10. Anyone know what could be causing this?
