The advanced search pane that opens when clicking in the search box is hidden by an add on top of it when running AdBlock. At first I thought it was a website bug but then tried loading the website in an incognito window and noticed another larger add below the search box that was not hiding the pane, which led me to try disabling AdBlock which has fixed the problem. I guess it is better for xsimulator.net if I don't run AdBlock on this site so I'll just leave it off, but thought I'd post this here in case it helps someone else.
