AC - No Outputs from Simtools

    My Motion Simulator:
    3DOF
    Trying to get AC going on my 3dof sim (through simtools) with the above stated version of the plugin.

    Plugin was updated, patched, however game manager never registers when I am starting in-car (always stays at "Connected" and never activates any of the actuator drives. if I switch over to PC2 it recognizes the game, in-car and activates the drives right away.

    So far have tried:
    - Redownloading the game
    - Redownloading the plugin (patching and unpatching multiple times)
    - Force the game to run 64 bit (worth a try)

    PC Specs:
    i9-9900k CPU
    64-bit OS
    NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti

    Here are my settings:
