Question 6 dof platform design

    My Motion Simulator:
    AC motor, 6DOF
    I have gathered up most of the materials I need to switch things over from 3 dof to 6dof. I have completed the base as in the picture. I am using rotary actuators / levers.... I have my 40mm extrusion ready to cut but I do not want to make any dimensional mistakes.. I have looked over several Linear Actuator design guides but they do not seem to apply to Rotary Lever system (crashing etc.) ... Any guidance is greatly appreciated..
