It seams we have a perfect free tool in our hands to record real life experiences.

I am opening this thread so we can collect real life 6-dof database library for comparison, small studies, cross reference real motion with motion simulator.

With this app you can record and export accelerometer and gyroscope data in one file for further analysis, telemetry playback using SimTools' "Video Ride Creator" or simply video capture 6-dof motion graphs by using your screen recorder feature with external sound for easier synchronization with an additional external video.

    1)
Download Phyphox for iOS or Android here:

    https://phyphox.org/

    2)
Open the app and add a new experience from this QR code:

    canvas.png

    3)
Put your phone horizontally in your vehicle/aircraft ("anti gravity" phone case recommended) - For a few $ you can buy an “anti - gravity” phone case if you want to do some phyphox measurements. This sticky silicone-like surface maintain the phone steady wherever you leave it.

    4)
Launch the video recording using another camera or the smartphone of your girlfriend at the same time as your screen recorder and record your Phyphox data.

    Happy Experiences !

Some graphs from a quiet routine flight on A320.
Recorded on the floor at the wing level.

Berlin Tegel departure from runway alignment to the first turn. ca. 5min :

Salzburg arrival from flare to runway exit. ca. 1 min :

    Now some details...

    Lift-off moment:

Turn (I guess autopilot standard) moment:

Before take- off runway alignment and full stop moment:

    Flare and touch-down moment :

    Feel free to comment.

If someone by chance has to train on a 6-dof professional simulator and could record similar graphs I would be grateful.

    Thanx

I am carrying out some actuator testing on a 172 in MSF at the moment, so it is nice to see some real data to get a better idea on how things should be moving.
