Perhaps if you do a sketch of where the parts go. The rod ends I understand. I am not sure how you plan to use the harden tapped shafts and pillow block.

    Hello, noorbeast.

because, my plan files very terrible. :) as you know that is not the details.

I'll be update my plans again, by today or by tomorrow.

and I want make for the sizes, horizon size : 1.4m, vertical size : 1.2m, aluminium plates for both board.

by the way, I will order motor x 3 in today and also for aluminium plates.

    https://www.motiondynamics.com.au/worm-drive-motor-12v-24v-200w-180-rpm-20nm-torque.html

    or

also, Could you recommended power supply for those motor? ;)

If the motors are going to have limited leverage, like my sim, then you want either 50 or 60:1 gearboxes, which are numbers 11 or 15 in the chart on this page: https://www.motiondynamics.com.au/1...ve-geared-motor-200w-21-256-rpm-7.5-45nm.html

HP server PSUs are cheap on Ebay, powerful and easy to mod for motion simulator use, here is a tutorial by @Slider: http://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/how-to-modify-a-server-power-supply-for-12v.5774/

Again it would be good to see a plan before you order anything, that way community members can give you proper advice. It does not matter if the plan is just a photo of a hand drwn picture, as long as it is clear about what you would like to build.

Those motors have been used before for motion sim building, however the best choice of motor really depends on knowing the rig designs and dimensions. I know I keep saying it but your really should do a design sketch and post it here, so that members can then know what to advise on what may or may not work best.

@hunijjang , Id say he has one motor for each.
Look at the BFF link and you can see how he has copied the motor lever design.

    Hello, bsft. :)

You gave me the first time you put a comment in my post.

Thanks and I found this video

also, already I checked the links and but there is maybe mixed designs joyrider + bffs motor chain gear designs.

    but I didn't see that(like : Jugles motion platform) working on x-plane.

    Best Regards,

    hunijjang

The BFF design for a flight frame is not a joyrider, but the chain/motor idea can be adapted to it.
@Pit , I recall you did a similar chain/motor setup for your seat mover?

My chains are only driving the pots, so my winches are direct driving. @value1 build a chain driven joyrider.
