Hi, I'm planning to do a 2dof motor simulation, since a year or more, my sim is like a play seat so far, but I'm going to make the mods, and change the design and using most of the time recycled things..

    here some pics.

this is a first idea but, I just need the seat to move so I will change almost everything just to make the seat move.

Everything is different now, I have a fanatic steering with a Quick Release Mod:

    and a DIY Sequiential shifter

I'm testing a miniature model with servos and using Arduino following a guide from a guy here, is nice so far.

Hi, is this a Simulator KIT or purchased from a seller?, as I remember I did everything there, I don't know I believe I need more pictures or something or more complete DIY. this make me not qualified for a free simtool?....

There is an eligibility criteria to qualify for a free DIY license:

To qualify for a free license:

    • You must be building a true DIY motion simulator. (Not built from a kit or purchased from a simulator seller, a model simulator does not qualify.)
    • Have a unique build thread or Showcase in DIY Simulator Projects. (The thread should show some effort, which means it should show progress to the testing phase.)
    • Have been a member of the community for at least 30 days.

From what you have posted your project is in the design/build phase, it is not yet at a testing phase and a RC model does not count. If you have been knocked back for being to early then please reapply once the criteria has been met.

Do you absolutely want the screens fixed on the mobile structure? Because the weight will be much higher and the reactivity lower than with fixed screens.

oh no, this was my first design idea and I though that, so now is just the SEAT. I will update as soon as possible.
