Hi everybody ! Deriy that's a real nice 2dof - simulator , don't mind if I ask you: It is possible to build it
for a 300 kg weight ? I want to add to my platform 3 LCD 27 system for a better effects. I don't know much about motion systems but I'm thinking about a Steward platform with 6dof motion ... the only thing that keep me away is the expensive price ... there is any chanse to build such a platform that will work with sim software at home ? I'll be glad and thankful to hear some sugestions. Good luck !

    Hello.
I am mounting playseat with movement and I have 2 questions.
The 2 rod end that I have are of 8mm, are of sufficient measurement?
You know some controller commercial not very expensive to connect to bridge H?

Thank you very much and good luck!

Did you consider to mount the Display onto the rig? It would add a lot of immersion, if the screen wasnt disconnected from the wheel.

    regards

I have to agree on that. I did that on my first joyrider style frame. Intense gaming, I am just worried how long the screen will last.

    Hi!
Today I decided to do a little experiment.

Connect Ipod touch 4 as an additional gauges.
Programs used Air display and X-sim.

When used with Live for speed could only set up speed indicator, tachometer, fuel indicator and the gear indicator.
Failure to involve were: temperature, fuel, water, position in the race, lap time.

If you're using outgauge to export LFS data you don't have the missing values at all :(
As I remember, lap time can be acquired only through InSim.
    Anyway, great looking dashboard

    Hello!
It's been over a year since I finished building my simulator.
As you may recall, I showed a few illustrations for assembling a homemade chair for simulator.
Recently I decided to make another chair, photographing the process of building.
This time I changed a little stretch technology, and used instead of fabric, artificial leather.

    Hi Deriy!
I read the 12 pages and did not find that car you got the wipers! :)
I have thought about doing a simulator like yours, who wipers did you use?
Thanos H bridge did you have to modify it to work with 14-16v?
    I use Google Translator! Sorry!
    Thanks

    Hi Martin87!
I used a motor from a russian car Gazel 12 volts.
Thanos bridge I did not modify.
His scheme allows the voltage to 50 volts. If I'm not mistaken.

Dig back through this post and you will find a youtube video. He uses a photo resistor and reads data off the screen itself and runs it through a controller and then to his pc and then to the sim. It works but very laggy.
