The goal is to build on the zalem v27 structure and add the movement part

The electronic part is now finished with the corresponding safety measures and the scn5 actuators work correctly with SimTools.

I haven't welded all the parts of the structure yet.

I'll be uploading the progress of the project.

Looks like your project is well under way, I look forward to see your rig come together :thumbs

When do you expect the frame to be welded up and completed?

At first I made a plan on paper and then I started to cut and weld.
Last week I spent some time designing everything in 3d to be able to calculate and test the angles of the arms that mount the actuators.

Someone from the forum uploaded the scn5 design.stp file and took it as a reference.

Now I will try different angles to see how it behaves before continuing to cut and weld.

PD: Everything is designed and mounted on Autodesk Fusion 360

hello andivigna excellent project ... I also made zalem structure and adapted the system of movement but with wiper motors.
where did you get the linear actuators and what are they coming out?
    what electronic do you use?
