Super your simulator and video as your last project cars; ) We can see the headquarters moved during spin ^^

I recommend you to lower the negative value of surge in tuning center to lower the power of braking in RBR.

If you are seeking help you need to include a Google translation.

Please start your own project thread here: http://www.xsimulator.net/community/forums/diy-motion-simulator-projects.22/

You also need to supply more information about your simulator hardware and configuration, and include screenshots of your settings, plus what game you are testing.

    Hello everyone.
I'm storing an old post ... After a long period of pause following the activation of the dad mode, I reactivate the simulator. My 5-year-old son starting to get interested, I recovered. And I was able to relive the same feeling of pleasure and surprise on the intensity that it adds to the racing games.

In the continuity of what I left behind me almost 3 years ago, I would like your opinion on the report cost of modification / gain sensation to pass in 24V. If someone has a video link with a similar configuration I am interested to see the difference :).

I also see that the version of simtools has changed and that my version does not support the recent game the operation of licenses too.
I do not know if I'm eligible for a free DIY license? An opinion ?

PS: I'm going to be an idiot but I realized by putting the nose in that I never really understood the configuration in simtools (a). I just put two effects (surge and sway) as I had two engines ... In short, and the percentage to manage the slope do not speak: D. All this is to realize it.

You have a DIY rig so you can apply for a DIY license: https://www.xsimulator.net/request-diy-key-simtools/

But you will need to spend a little time and tidy up your build thread to add some English translations, as that is required under the forum rules: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/forum-rules.9527/

@noorbeast: Thanks for your answer, I corrected that ;)

I wonder about the temperature of the engines. I suppose that powered 24V, it will travel the distance between two "instructions" faster and therefore it will do more "micro-movement". I had already noticed that after long hours of play at times the engines became hot. This may heat up even more.
Do you think this poses a real risk for the life of the engines?

If not for SimTools, what refresh rate do you use for this type of engine (Smolka)? I put 20ms.

Load is more likely a factor with heat build up, how well balanced is the rig, with you in it?

Generally if it's me I think no more than 70kg, but with my friends up to 110kg

Exacte?

you are right. and in order not to want to throw up I have to reduce the stroke to 50%. I could therefore reduce the leverage without problems to reduce the amplitude and gain in transmission of effort so reduce overheating. Exact ?

if I dismount the levers, sitting on the seat I am almost at equilibrium. this requires little effort to maintain the horizontal position.

    Correct.

What is the existing CTC distance on the levers? I am just taking a stab but drill a hole at 40mm CTC and try that, it should reduce the load on the motors.

The CTC distance is 75mm and I can reduce it to 50mm. If more reduce, there is a risk of contact with the screw of the motor.

Do you know the average time to get a free DIY license if I'm eligible? I will try to change the levers this WE. I have that assetto corsa / project cars functional at the moment but it will do the job :)

I made the form on February 9th. But I thought that in fact I was not eligible. After that it takes little time to analyze the requests. Probably normal.

Yeah the Simtools V2 is ok for me now and it's work perfectly in Assetto corsa.

But i have a problem with Dirt rally. I put the plugin 2.0.0.2 in the right folder (D:\Users\Documents\My Games\DiRT Rally) the game manager said it's ok but there is no movements.
    Any Idea?
