    Hi @Pit. In my case thing seems not to be so easy ;/ I don't know hao w export my inteface settings, but I try to clarify how my settings look.

    1. USB1 -> Arduino1->MM1 (motor1)+MM2(motor2) [Interface1]
    2. USB2-> Arduino2->MM3 (motor3)+MM4(motor4) [Interface2]

    Now why I use 2 interfaces? Couse I have large motors (200w each) so I have to use one MM for one motor as You show in your thread. Second thing I want to simulate same things with different motors. For example surge will be simulated by platform ang Gseat, but I need different axis % and filters.

    I cannot use one Arduino with CMS3 software to drive 4 MM, so I need two interfaces, but different AxisAssigments for them. I checked and if I change Axis settings for Interface 1 it's also for Interfcase 2 :(

    AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA Now I think I understand! i need to use Axis1 and 2 for my Interface 1 and Axis 3 and 4 for Int2! I have to check it :D!

    Welcome back. After a lot of driving and fun I prepared two movies about my platform. Movies was for the friends of mine from simracing.pl portal, so please forgive me polish language. I'm telling them about "how does it feel" ;) You can just watch how my platform moves, and why I needed changed code for G-Seat.

    Ofcourse my platform is not ready yet, and it will need further work.

    Glad you got it all sorted out gorzasty,

    I would however HIGHLY suggest sticking to Vanilla Kunos content for tracks and consistent motion testing. They will provide the Most accurate surface meshes in comparison to Mod tracks which lack ANY surface detail aside from the abrupt changes in the mesh.

    Yes, I like AC very much, but I've found RF2 better in some areas. For example flatspots. It's gr8 feeling on the platform when You have one. For the first time I thought that is something wrong with one of my motors, but then I realised what's happend ;) AC is nicer about road surface, and graphics ofcourse ;)

    BTW is it normal that one of my motors is getting hot more than other? Thay are not VERY hot, bu there is the difference in temerature.

    OMG There must be some curse on me ;( A few days earlier one of my motors on my back seems to get weaker. To work at the same power that the first one I had to incrise Pwmax through SMC3utility (first was warking with Pwmax 110 and second should have about 140 to work equal). I changed MM by sides and the same story (same motor was weaker) so I think that is something with the motor itself.

    But today the worst thing even has happend - another motor, this time form my platform beside, stopped working. NOTHING. Made some tests and finally I brought it to my car battery, and no life at all ;( I think it's dead. Strange because today morning I was racing and everything seems to be OK. Than I turned it off, back later after my work, tried to turn it on and nothing. Another motor is OK.

    How do You think guys - Should I use my warranty for the first engine too? For the second one it's obvious I should... but this bothering me even more 'couse I don't know why it has happned. They work great, were hot during play, but no too much, rest of electronic parts are OK, PSU was good, mounting too... I don't know really. Maybe You have some more experience and can tell me what can I do to stay away from such a disasters ;)

    Hmm, I don't think so @Pit, beacuse all the motors were new. They were working for one month...

    Are you confident in opening them up and having a look ? Worst that can happen is the Brushes pop out and a flexible tension spring comes off the end of the rotor or out of the end cap....you can actually remove the end cap while using the tension spring to hold the brushes in place. (A little tricky but can be done)

    I don't want to open it in case to not lost the warranty, but thx for this instruction I will use it if warranty doesen't work in this case ;/ But... why the brushes could pop out??? Also something smells like burned...

    Do You think there is something wrong with the other mototr that is weaker now? Maybe went hot too much and something happend inside? Now I gave two 120mm fans for each motor.

    I'm still waiting for 1 of my motors, but meanwhile I use two motors form my G-SEAT. Today I bought Elite Dangerous and want to play it with voice attack. It seemed I have to change my win7 PL to English. OK i did it, but after that something weird happend with simtools. When I start Output Testing one of my motors goes not in his neutral posiotion, but somewhere in between max and min. It's defined as AXIS 5. Moreover when I move the slider AXIS 5 to for example to "1" it goes where it should, bur button "clr" puts it in the wrong posiotion again. When I want to play some game and start it, again I have wrong posiotion with this mototr.

    But... in SMC3 Utility everything is OK...It works as it should. Don't understand...

    Every change i made in my system was to install some system updates and to change my language from Polish to English. I checked even if I turn the Polish back would it be ok, but not. I reinstalled Simmtools several times, and clear the reg with "regedit"and finding and deleting "simtools" fraze, but no luck ;(

    Do You have any idea what can it be? Or at least how to clean Simtools Install and reistall it properly?

    I'm very greatful for Your help @noorbeast, but this didn't help... but problem seems to go away, and I really don't know what fix it. Probably I changed few more options in Control Panel - Regional Settings. I guess there are no many people here that change language of their Windows so no one encounter such a problem.

    There must be some problem with SimTools when you strat playing with system language. Strange. Thx anyway for Your help onece more.

    Language settings are a known issue for SimTools...unfortunately just one of those things.

    My motor was back repaired 1 month ago and few days ago same sh$t happend. Motor has some kind of dead zone. If it's under voltage it desen't seem to bother him. I opened one and inside everything looks OK. Here is the movie:

    After put it togeather everything was working OK, but 2 days later the same story ;/ I'm gonna sent it again for a repair.

    Regarding to my last video here (where I showed inside of omy motor) I'm wondering is it necessary to use fans on the motors. Under the load they are getting hot, but... there is nothing inside that could break in case of that. Moreover I did few test last days and put really large load on the motor hope to see what happend. Result was - motor get hot but MM stopped working because thermal protection started to work. So MM regardless of heat sink and fan get hotter than motor and turned off earlier.

    Conclusion - there is no need to mount the fans on the motors. Right?
