    Hello everyone!

As I promised, I post some pictures about lot of changing. My rig actually reborn.
I finished rebuilding of it couple of days ago.
It got new triple screen, new steering wheel (It would be to hard to build an ownone yet :D ), but pedals are the same handmade one as in the past, so it's nothing special, only bought.
The other new parts as sequential shifter and new handbrake made by DIY as hydraulic pedal, these parts are handmade too and cost not too much (around 80 Euro), but the feelings are priceless :D
I tried to build these parts as you feel the real ones. Rig has got keyboard and mouse holders too and an Ipad, which is operate with Touchboddy as secondary monitor to tune cars during rolling.

    Still in progress:
    - realistic H-shifter with a realistic cluch
    - an other new seq-shifter with a different mechanism.

I made traction loss frame as well, like pitstopp posted here:
    http://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/cheap-and-easy-traction-loss-frame.4743/

The frame is good, the idea is good and simple, works fine, only one problem I have:
The third axis's SCN5's still not working. The actuator is working well on the other axises, so it is good. But no one work on 3dr axis...
When I start game engine, the three axises start to calibrate, but the third one only moves 1 cm and goes back to start point, doesn't move to fullway. The first and second axis do right calibration of full movements.
That is the all communication from 3rd axis... Doesn't work at all, but it worked well with x-sim long time ago...
Pheraps it is important that the 3rd axis has a different type of rs232/485, but it was not problem with x-sim.

If anyone could be help me to solve this problem, it would be nice and would say big thank you:

    clikk on play :D

Here the pictures are about the final product:

    100_8335.JPG

I will make videos about how seq-shifter and handbrake work during action and I will post soon as well.

I've been on a long way to developing my rig, and I decided to build a brother as second project.
Almost done, couple of small details misiing yet.
But I think, it is looks nice to take some pictures for this topic.
OK, it is almost the same technically, but he got a new look and I made it for more compact.
It is no matter, how it looks like at living room, even I have wife :)

This second project got a new chassis, where I put all the electronic stuffs and the computer too in it.
I tried to follow the real car feelings so it has a leather seat from Alfa Romeo, use thrustmaster wheel and H-shifter, with original pedalset by hidraulic mod of course.
Use only two scn5's, operate with simexperience system.

The third project will make by brand new motion system with new ideas, that is the next goal. Start soon.
I will try to use in that project all of opportunity and benefits what simtools even has.

    Thx simtools :)

A short of video, but the rig's still need more tuning to get smoother motions.

I like it a lot :thumbs

I see you have the seat very much forward, have you made adjustments to simxp seat base and rebalanced it?

    yeap.
The seat in case of my friend's and me is a bit closer than usual, but tried to balanced well. I think i did :)
Because of this I was a little worried, but surprisingly it went well about this, no problem at all.
I tried to build this rig for child to 2m tall guys. Lot of friends and familymembers like this hobby :)
Each element can be adjusted, so I chose the golden middleway to get good seat balance. the pivot stays balanced in all position.
That distance between actuators and seatback is need for set up each size of person. The pivot being in the right position under the seat. Balanced well.
