This is a mid to highly technical subject forum. Having an edit window of only 1 min just causes post spam and propigation of incorrect info as users canot correct or update information. For users just looking for simple setup instruction they may be digging through hundreds of posts where as if the origional poster could edit their thread all relevant information could reside at the head, easily parsable and complete. I make this post after encountering edit limitation when I needed to correct information in a post that is supposed to be a collection of information on a specific interface.

Now if a user does not notice the follow up correct they will have incorrect and incomplete programming information.

@RaceRay are you able to review the edit function behavior, it is not one I have struck before despite doing lots of post edits.

Ok returning a couple hours later and I can now edit posts. Not sure if the 1 min edit window warning is just bad / missleading messaging or whether editing is enabled after a number of posts but very confusing and frustrating to run into.
