    It looks like your Hi/Low settings may be the problem, with the Low setting being higher than the Hi value.
    For a test, set the Low value to 1000 and the Hi value to 9000 and see what happens.

    Hi even tho it seems to work im not getting much differance. I have had an oscilloscope on the out put and it seems to change.
    The amp im using is for a sub in a car and my output is going into the low input. Do you think this is my problem? I also have a preamp in the system.
