I found the solution! Change Windows OS setup as follows.
    Windows>Control Panel>Region>Administrative>Change system locale>English(United Kingdom)>OK
    This works with Dirt3 too.:cheers

    Hi!
I have problems with surge and sway in my other pc with Dirt rally. Tuning center shows little movement when car is still, but after i start to drive both axis go to zero. I patched game few times, Set hardware settings in my games folder, Put plugin again in game manager, delete hardware settings and start game again and after that set settings again. Try to copy settings on other pc and still not movement. every other game work ok. I have some problems with first pc too but they was solved with this thread. Pc is win 7 64-bit.

I found out that surge and sway works in rallycross but not in rally or hill climb. I try to delete all game folders in pc and reinstall the game hope that works.

If your getting some forces and not other's. Its not the game's fault, its something with YOUR setup.

FYI Sway is a Super sketchy force in Dirt Rally, I wouldn't bother wasting too much time with it.

Maybe the sway it's not so important, but surge is because i don't feel when brake is working. I must try other screen if that help and change hdmi in different output.

I found the problem after a long weekend. I change graphics settings and after that it works. If i put auto settings everything ultra low then surge and sway stop working. If settings are greater than low then everything works ok. I try to find out what quality setting make that problem after i enjoy few stages in rally.

I would like to take a moment and make a comment about this plugin.....

    OUCH!

Boy howdy does this plugin work well. I am pretty sure that I have bruises in places that I would have difficulty explaining to a doctor. Rally drivers must be made of rubber.....

Thanks again for the plugin! :)

While never really 'smooth' the suspension on a modern rally car is actually quite compliant. If you are getting bruises maybe you have it set a bit 'too' hard, but I know 'because race car' :D.

I cannot comment on pirated software but the plugins works with the legal licence for the game that I have.

Please do not discuss illegal activities on this forum.

hb kim, Dont feel bad, i did the same with Pcars beta back when, as i knew it was questionable content and Boy am i glad i did but honestly fear not, Dirt Rally really is the BEST of the BEST for current rally games....Dont even bother looking into that other freshly released rally game, its junk in yo trunk from initial reviews. :grin

I LEGALLY purchased Dirt rally on Steam today.. But, unfortunately, the motion is something wrong.. At first it moves like a jitter?? So I tried tunning but no improvement. Stopped the car and watch the value from the game in tuning center, found out that some values are still moving weird even my car firmly stopped on the road. Tried repatch, delete hardware settings, full screen, udp port change, extra change...play again and again, suddenly motion does not move at all while I can see the tuning center is still getting the value(but weird value).

    Anything worth trying left??

Have you run through all the steps for creating a motion profile, including establishing base settings for the Tuning Center: http://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/steps-to-create-a-motion-profile.228/

Yes, I did axis settings as well.. Not exactly the same as your link above, but I have done those steps and works well with Assetto corsa and FSX. It is not that kind of setting I guess, some people seems already had the same issue like I read above. But not sure how they resolved their problem. Udp setting in XML, re-patch..etc.. They seemed just happended to make it work.
